Lovely food pity about the view
We really enjoyed our meal at Simla the menu is exciting, the spicing fragrant and sophisticated not the usual chilli rush, the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately I was seated facing the street and the main window has no window dressing of any kind. This dispiriting view is not the fault of the restaurant so I would suggest something between the customers and what is a very dingy street.
