not the best, but then again not the worst.
We had a meal for two which was very, very tasty, you really cant fault the quality of the food. The portions are really small and you will go away hungry, unless you are aware of this and order lots of side dishes. The drinks are very expensive and this is what will really push up the price of your meal. At £4.50 for 2 cans of coke.

Lovely setting and good food
Situated in the former Colles Hall, this is a lovely place to have a meal. The food was good and the service quick and attentive. It can be a bit pricey, but look out for special offers (including on the back of parking tickets in town) to bring the cost down.

The best Pizza in Melton Mowbray
My wife and I had a very pleasant dinner on Monday night at the Melton Mowbray Pizza Express. I hadn’t dined at Pizza Express for some time. The menus have updated since then and the pizzas that we chose were excellent. The service as always was very good. The added bonus was that I was able to use my ‘Tastecard’ that entitled me to a 50% reduction on the bill excluding the bottle of wine that we shared.
