    Matthew Cort became the first pro to win a hat-trick of PGA Tarratt Strokeplay Championship titles with victory at Park Hill. Rothley Park's Cort, the reigning national assistants champion, carded six-under-par 140 after his two three-under 70 rounds.     This Sunday 29 April 2012 sees the return of the annual CiCLE Classic - now in its 8th year - with riders from around the world taking part in the 114 mile race from Oakham to Melton Mowbray.     Leicestershire boys successfully defended the BUT Trophy when they won the three-cornered contest against Bedfordshire and Norfolk at John O'Gaunt. County won last year at Glen Gorse for only the second time in their history. Their previous success had been in 1998 at Lutterworth. It was extremely close this time.
